Charles Anthony Douglas is a Corporate Executive who has spent decades in the Telecommunications Industry with a focus on public policies that impact the quality of service, pricing, spectrum use and regulation, number portability, and many other areas. Notwithstanding, his interests include: the Literary Arts - poetry especially; the Visual Arts - drawing, painting, and photography; Recreational Sports - chess and tennis in particular; Travel and Social Interactions; and is deeply interested in issues of humanity and the environment.

Charles is God-fearing and routinely volunteers to share the bible’s message of hope and love with members of his community. He has a zest for life, love, and living. Charles is married and lives in Kingston Jamaica.
